Personalization is our specialty!
With most Byloro custommade jewelry you can choose from different colors of rhinestones, including white (standard), black, dark pink, light pink, green, blue and multicolor. You also have the option to combine different colors of rhinestones, for example by having one letter decorated with white rhinestones and the other letter with blue rhinestones, and so on.
Absolute! With all Byloro custommade jewelry it is also possible to order a "plain" version without rhinestones. So every piece of jewelry depicted on our website can also be supplied without rhinestones. You have the freedom to choose which version best suits your taste and preferences.
Of course! With our Byloro custommade jewelry you have complete freedom to choose which letters, symbols or parts of the jewelry you want to decorate with rhinestones and which parts you prefer without rhinestones. You can also choose the color of the rhinestones. We customize your order exactly as you wish, so that you receive a unique and personalized piece of jewelry that suits you perfectly.
You can choose from different symbols, including a closed heart, an open heart, a star, a moon, a butterfly, a crown, a cross, a four-leaf clover, a dog or cat paw and all the zodiac signs. Yes absolutely! In addition to the letters, symbols, with and without rhinestones, mentioned earlier, you can also choose numbers 0-9 for your personalized jewelry. In addition, various punctuation marks are also available to make your jewelry even more unique. Give free rein to your creativity and choose the combination of symbols and numbers that suits you best!
Yes absolutely! In addition to symbols, numbers, letters and rhinestones, you can also add punctuation marks to your personalized jewelry. Some examples of punctuation marks you can choose are: a period (.), a comma (,), a question mark (?), an exclamation point (!), a colon (:), a semicolon (;), an apostrophe ( '), and a quotation mark ("). These punctuation marks give you the opportunity to add extra meaning and style to your Byloro jewelry. Give free rein to your creativity and design a unique piece of jewelry that reflects your personality!
Unfortunately, it is not possible to have an apostrophe placed on a specific letter of the piece of jewelry. Our personalization options include other symbols, numbers, letters and punctuation marks, but an apostrophe on a specific letter is not currently available. When personalizing your jewelry, you can easily indicate how you want it. For example, you can use specific symbols, letters and numbers to describe your desired design. Suppose you want 3 hearts without rhinestones, followed by your text or name with rhinestones, then a star without rhinestones and then numbers in a different color of rhinestones. You can type it like this:
- (heart)(heart)(heart) without rhinestones
- BYLORO (with rhinestones)
- (star) without rhinestones
- 0907 (numbers with green rhinestones)

Absolutely! Everything is possible at Byloro. On the product page we have listed the "most common" sizes, but if you want a larger or smaller bracelet or a shorter or longer chain, that is no problem. You can easily indicate your desired length or size when personalizing. If you have any questions about this, you can always contact our customer service. Klarna is a payment method that gives you the option to pay the costs for your order later. The maximum period for this is 30 days. Klarna carries out the entire post-payment process for Byloro. This means that you will receive a digital invoice from Klarna to pay for the purchased product(s). For more information, please refer to the consumer section of the Klarna website .
This takes effect from the moment your order is confirmed. Please note that Klarna is only a tool that allows you to make your payment within 30 days. We cannot adjust the payment terms here. Not even with custom-made jewelry. For more information, please contact Klarna customer service .
To use your discount code, enter it in the shopping cart during checkout. Enter the code in 'enter discount code' and click on 'apply discount'. The discount is automatically applied to all applicable items in our webshop, except for specific items such as sale items, Byloro (gift) sets and the Byloro gift voucher.
Please note that we cannot apply the discount afterwards and that only one discount code can be used per order.

Don't worry! We can still change the delivery address. As long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Contact us via our contact page .
Has your order already been shipped? Then unfortunately we can't do anything anymore. Tip from us: check with the neighbors of the incorrect number to see if they have received our envelope. If it is not delivered there, there is a good chance that your order will be returned to us. As soon as we have received it, we will immediately send it back to you (of course with the correct address details!). We will inform you immediately when we have received the order at our head office in Nuth.
Our orders are lovingly packaged and shipped in a beautiful pink metallic envelope, including a Byloro box and a personal card. A gift to receive!
Your order will be delivered through the letterbox by PostNL, so fortunately you do not have to be at home to receive your order.
When we give your order to the parcel carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace link, if selected, with which you can track your order to your door.
We ship our package free of charge in the Netherlands as a letterbox+ package.

Exchanges & Returns
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order, but returning it is no problem for us. You can return your order within 14 days. You will receive a full refund of the order amount via your chosen payment method. Make sure that you package the item(s) unused and undamaged. Personalized / custommade jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. For more information: returns policy
Byloro accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that return costs are your responsibility. Non-personalized jewelry, such as the Forbes collection and the Infinity symbol bracelet, can be returned. For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned. If in doubt, please contact us by email.

Please make sure that you return the item(s) unused, undamaged and with original packaging.
As soon as we have received your return (after receipt and approval), we will of course immediately inform you via a confirmation email. We will refund the purchase amount within 10 working days in the same way you paid for the order.
It may differ per bank how quickly the purchase amount is returned to your account. Did you pay via PayPal, Klarna or AfterPay? Your invoice will then be adjusted via PayPal, Klarna or AfterPay.
Yes, you pay the costs for returning yourself.
We advise you to return your package via Post NL with a track & trace code. When returning, we advise you to keep the track & trace code until you have received an email from us that your return has arrived. This is your proof that the package has actually been sent and can be requested if it is lost during transport. Returns are at your own risk and expense.
Materials and maintenance
Most Byloro jewelry is made of high-quality 14k gold-plated material.
Gold-plated (gilded with gold)
The base material is copper. A thin layer of 14 carat gold is applied over this. Please note: the gold layer is only a thin layer that can wear away over time.
925 silver/sterling silver
Silver is available in different purities. We use 925 silver, also known as sterling silver. 925 silver is an alloy, which means that it consists of 92.5% silver to which 7.5% copper and brass have been added. Silver can sometimes oxidize (discolour) due to exposure to air/creams/perfumes etc.
Stainless steel
If the jewelry is made of stainless steel, you do not have to worry about oxidation or discoloration. Stainless steel is a durable material that retains its shine and is resistant to influences such as air, moisture, creams and perfumes. So you can enjoy your stainless steel jewelry without having to worry about changes in their appearance.
No, there is no nickel in our jewelry.
How nice that you ordered from us! To enjoy your jewelry for as long as possible, we have listed a number of tips below:
Avoid direct contact with water, moisture and chemicals such as perfume, lotions and cleaning products. These can damage the gold layer.
Do not wear your gold plated jewelry while swimming, showering, exercising or during other activities where it may come into contact with water or cause excessive perspiration.
Store your jewelry in a dry and dust-free place, preferably in a jewelry box or bag to prevent scratches and oxidation
Make-up, hand cream and oil are also not good for jewelry. Some stains are easy to remove, but there are also stains that are not easy to remove and that affect the layer of gold.
It is also important not to keep the jewelry in direct sunlight or heat for hours.
Gently clean your gold plated jewelry with a soft cloth to remove dust and dirt. Do not rub them too hard so as not to damage the gold layer.
A piece of jewelry is also a utensil and over time it may be that your piece of jewelry will discolour, but with the above tips this will happen much less quickly!
We would like to point out that you should wear our jewelry with care, despite the fact that they are made of high-quality 14K (gold plated) gold-plated material. The following information is important when purchasing gold-plated jewelry:
- A thin layer of 14 carat gold is applied to the jewelry.
- The thickness of this layer of gold is 3 microns.
- The layer of gold is not resistant to creams, perfume, water, etc. Try to prevent your jewelry from coming into contact with it while wearing it.
- The acidity of your skin and perspiration can also influence the gold layer.
Warranty and repair
Byloro replaces factory defects free of charge, up to 1 year after the original date. Keep your order number safe. General wear, abuse and tarnishing are not covered by the warranty.
At Byloro we strive to deliver high-quality products that you can enjoy for a long time. In addition, excellent service is also included. Before we ship your order, we always check your items carefully and pack them for you with lots of love. Byloro has a warranty period of twelve weeks. If your item unexpectedly breaks or shows defects, please feel free to contact our customer service via info@byloro.com within the warranty period. We would like to receive your order number, full name and a photo by email in which we can clearly see what is broken. We will assess each situation individually and get back to you promptly.
There is no guarantee on:
- Losing products;
- Damage due to normal wear and tear or incorrect use (e.g. falls or bumps);
- Breakage (unless there is a demonstrable production error);
- Repair/adjustment of your items by another party.
If there is something wrong with your jewelry after this period, you can contact us for an authorized repair or we will look for a suitable solution together.
No. The warranty starts from the moment your jewelry is delivered and does not start again after a repair.
