As soon as we have received your order and payment, we will start processing and personalizing your beautiful Byloro jewelry. The majority of our personalized jewelry requires custom work and has an estimated standard processing time. Below you will find the details:
Processing time for custommade personalized jewelry:
Delivery time approximately 4 weeks.
For all custom-made personalized jewelry we use an estimated processing time of approximately 15-25 working days. This custom-made jewelry is always clearly recognizable by the word "custommade" in the item name. However, in most cases, processing is completed within 20 business days, in 99% of cases.

Shipping procedure:
For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium we use shipping via PostNL. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, you will receive a track & trace link, provided you have chosen this shipping option. For other international orders we use DHL as shipping service. When ordering online, you also have the option to choose to collect your Byloro jewelry by appointment from our warehouse in Nuth. You also have the option to pick up your order at a PostNL collection point. Please contact us for more information about this.

Byloro products can be shipped worldwide. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a Track & Trace code, provided you have chosen this shipping option.
