Custommade personalized jewelry:
Personalized jewelry from Byloro, recognizable by the word "custommade" in the item name, cannot be returned because they are custom-made and have a unique character.

In case of production errors, you can contact our customer service for a solution.
In this case or for further information regarding returns, please contact our customer service at the email address: info@byloro.com . Please include your order number and always include a photo of the jewelry so that we can help you as best as possible!

Non-personalized jewelry:
Byloro accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that return costs are your responsibility. Non-personalized jewelry, such as the Forbes collection and the Infinity symbol bracelet, can be returned. For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned. If in doubt, please contact us by email.

Important:
  • The package must include a completely completed returns form. We cannot exchange or return your items without a returns form.
  • To ensure that the return shipment reaches us safely, we recommend that you send it with track & trace and keep the shipping receipt until we have processed the return. You are responsible for this yourself.
  • The jewelry must be unworn and in the same condition as upon receipt, including the original packaging and any (promotional) products.
Orders in combination with a promotional deal have specific conditions. Consult www.byloro.nl/actievoorwaarden .

Refund:
After receipt and approval of the return, Byloro will refund the paid amount within 5 working days. For questions about your return, you can send an email to info@byloro.com or visit our warehouse in Nuth by appointment. Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs of your original order.
